Psychology 101: Your life goes where your thoughts, your emotions and your most predominant behaviors go - "The river never goes the other way ..."

** By Hector Williams Zorrilla

Physiologically you are what you eat, because all the nutrients and energies that your body needs and consumes are acquired from the food you eat. And the blood distributes those nutrients along with oxygen to all the organs of your body, including your brain.

But in terms of the personal psychology that makes you who you are, the parts of that personal psychology are determined by the following fundamental components that are the intrinsic essence of your personality.

First, you are what you think consistently. The essence of all your predominant thoughts are transformed into your everyday reality. The essence of your most constant and repeated thoughts are the facts of your daily living.

In a more clear and simple way, you create your daily realities with the essence of the most predominant thoughts that you think. In other words, your most predominant thoughts possess creative powers and they create the material realities that you live in your daily living.

Now we know that a normal human being thinks about 60 thousand thoughts per day. In other words, your head and brain are "very noisy places." Learning to quiet, calm and calm thoughts is undoubtedly the most important and influential learning that you could acquire for your personal benefit. Mindfulness can help you with that important goal in your life.

Second, you are the most predominant emotions that are manifested in your daily life. The expressions of your emotions color your whole life. The levels of your emotional intelligence determine the direction of your life. In the world of your emotions are your sexual life, your love life, friendship, family, professional, and all your relationships and human interactions.

Now we know that your emotions originate and emanate from your thoughts. So learning to think healthy thoughts promotes the expression of healthy emotions.

Third, your behaviors are a chemical, hormonal and biological compound of your thoughts and your most predominant emotions.

Now we know that your conscious or visible behaviors, and also your unconscious or invisible behaviors to the physical eyes, are essentially and intrinsically components of your most predominant thoughts and emotions.

Therefore, your daily life goes where your thoughts, your emotions and your most predominant behaviors go.

You are the leader of your own life and have the power to guide its direction.

And the reason and purpose for and / or why you are the leader of your own life is simple:

Your most predominant thoughts as well as your emotions and your behaviors are your exclusive property.

No one can have access to any of the three without your permission. You are the undisputed leader of your own life.

The 4 laws of detachment for emotional release

EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING: The 4 laws of detachment for emotional release **By psychologist Valeria Sabater Within the focus of personal growth and spirituality, the term detachment is key to achieving happiness. It means being able to overcome the barriers of our comfort zone to stop needing, depending, living in fear of losing dimensions to which we cling excessively. Because only when we are able to overcome the ego will we finally stop suffering. Let us try for a moment to explain what happiness is for us. There are those who would say that happy is someone who has great assets, a good partner, a comfortable checking account. All this undoubtedly covers many of our most basic needs. However, do these dimensions offer an authentic sense of well-being? In reality, the most accurate definition of what happiness is could not be simpler: happiness is the absence of fear, it is not knowing what anxiety is and what it tastes like.  It basically means knowing how to love, appreciate a...
