Psychology 101: Human emotions…

Psychology 101 - Human Emotions -

January 3, 2022

You are a human being with emotions; they are your best friends to guide you to live in the paradise of Nirvana or in the hell of Dante ...

** By Hector Williams Zorrilla

Today you have in front of you the blank page # 362 of the year 2022.

If you are a regular part of The Psychology is Thinking Aloud and its publications, you already have an understanding of the following psychological paradigms.

One, you are a VOLUTIVE human being. What that means is that you have the natural and intrinsic capacities to choose and make decisions. You already know that, between the external stimuli that cause you to act and the responses that you offer to those stimuli, there is your POWER to choose and make decisions that benefit you ...

You already know that you own the power to do that, because you are a rational human being with enormous intellectual capacities that emanate from your magical and wonderful BRAIN.

Two, you are an AFFECTIVE or emotional human being. What that means is that you possess emotions that are expressed in your physical body as feelings. You also know that all your emotions are legitimate and healthy and that you only need to learn to express them healthily, and more importantly, that you can obtain that learning because it is totally available to you ...

That part of your learning in life is also available to you, because your emotions settle, pose, originate, and emanate from your magical and wonderful BRAIN also.

Your emotions are your inseparable friends in life. The bases or foundations for your emotions are with you from your birth

and you refine and learn to express them throughout your physical life process.

To write the next 362 blank pages of the year 2022, you need to use intelligently both innate powers that you already possess in your magical and wonderful BRAIN.

First, you have to use your volutive POWER to choose and make wise decisions that benefit you in the process of living the best life that you deserve to live on this earth.

You have to focus and be aware that the things, people, situations and circumstances that happen in your environment during this year 2022, DO NOT determine one hundred percent your responses and behaviors.

You must remember that, between the external stimuli that provoke and stimulate you to act, and the responses that you give to those stimuli, there is your POWER to choose and make wise decisions that benefit you.

HALLELUJAH!. How much power do you possess within your magical and wonderful BRAIN.

Second, you have to use the seductive and magical POWER of your best friends: your emotions and feelings.

It is important to remember that your AFFECTIVE life also settles and emanates from your magical and wonderful BRAIN.

Your emotions and feelings are NOT primitive and "animal", that is, "uncontrollable impulses" that lead you to behave in an "instinctive" and irrational way.

No, you are the owner, the guide, the teacher, the director, the screenwriter and the producer of your AFFECTIVE life, that is, of your emotions and feelings.

Now you know that both your affective or emotional POWER as well as your volutive or rational POWER, are intrinsic and important components to the writing of each blank page of the next 362 remaining days of this year 2022.

Now that you know what to do and how to do it, the POWER to have the best year of your life is in your hands.
